Welcome to the ArtSIMz free site.  Here you will find a few free downloads, but the rest of the stuff I have for The Sims and The Sims 2 are on my main site at SimsHost.  This site will not be updated as often as the other one, which doesn’t get updated much anymore anyway. I just chose to park these downloads here so that I’m not unnecessarily using up bandwidth at the other site.

Please do not clone/recolor/redistribute anything on this site.  Anything that is on here, I designed myself.  While I cannot claim rights on the items for The Sims 2 that my downloads might have been based on, the end product that is mine were made and are copyrighted by me.  Thank you for understanding.

All my The Sims (original game) objects are money cheats. The large paintings and rugs will be worth $10,000 more the day after you buy them, and $1,000 more each day after that. The rest of my stuff will be worth $1,000 more everyday after being bought.
